Title: How does Organizational Justice Influence Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment? Explaining with Psychological Capital

Abstract: Based on the social exchange perspective and ‘broaden and build’ theory of positive emotions, this paper proposes that psychological capital (PsyCap) will mediate the influence of organizational justice on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The findings of the study advance available knowledge on the influence of organizational justice specifically in the context of job satisfaction and organizational commitment.
