Title: Corporate Governance: Three Views

Abstract: This article offers three views on corporate and public governance. The first view is that business ethics should be given a prominent place in the curriculum of B-schools as good corporate governance is much in demand. According to the second view, corporate governance is about making the right judgment in a given situation even if it involves risks. The third view is that all the problems in the country can be attributed to the deteriorating standards of governance. However, reforming governance would mean overhauling the entire system.
