Abstract: The ‘China price’ has had a far ranging effect on businesses across the world. Business practitioners from India can no longer overlook the opportunities and markets presented by China. Often cultural barriers assume importance and come in the way of successful business negotiations and outcomes; hence, it becomes important to be able to navigate around them. This toolkit is designed to minimize the negative impact of culture and facilitate and bolster communication for Indian and Chinese business practioners desirous of working with each other.
