Authors: Jayasmita Rath, Anjula Gurtoo
Issue/Year: Apr-2012
Section: Perspectives
Abstract: This paper delves into the different perspectives on CSR, taking the developmental economics framework of Oliver Williamson as the base, to explore the complexities of CSR and understand the range of CSR orientations possible for a firm.
